Business Developer

We are looking for a Business Developer who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the software development outsourcing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the software development outsourcing industry.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Computer science, IT, or related fields.
  • 3+ years in business development.
  • Experience in the BPO industry and fundraising is a plus.
